The prefab includes the interior of the spawn room only. Extract the .VMF to your .....\\sourcesdk_content\\tf\\mapsrc\\ folder and then simply open it in hammer to use it. The respawn room includes a functional garage door, a functional resupply locker and a respawnroom brush ensuring players changeing class inside it wont die.
