Orange dp Remake v1

This is a small remake of the original cp_orange_dp by Elexar of the Gib$Ru$ clan. He gave his permission for me to edit this, so it's all good. All I really added was a third exit from spawn that comes out of the wall, hidden by a door so anyone on the other team doesn't know when you're coming out. I also removed the glass when coming out of spawn so soldiers couldn't see when to fire rockets to keep you trapped.
