Red Bounty (Attack/Defend)

Converted and updated Red Bounty (originally called Kinder) to single stage Attack/Defend mode. Based on reception from servers since I released the PL version for the contest, I think this layout is better suited for this mode. I feel like after the contest was over I neglected the original map and moved on to other projects.So coming back to it, I did some very minor layout updates, and a lot more cover towards the last area, as well as cleaning up some stuff that need it.
