Description
**Current stage of V3: made, pretty much final. Problems with the map: comment on it and I'll patch them.**
**Next maps: DM4, SkyArena, RainyStreet**
**UPDATE: V3 is out, V3 was mainly a aesthetic update and very little has changed to the layout and items, but now there's more decoration, more items, moving clouds, more props, a couple more items and 1 extra health kit in the middle**
**Please read, this will show problems of what I'm aware of**
My inspiration was from Quake 1, the map DM3 had a large scale and diversity, 90% (pretty much) of the map was inspired by Quake that was running in the background with the Source Engine dimensions being compared.
Remember, the layout may be ugly, but it's inspired directly from Quake, which used a basic layout, low model count, etc. I added physprops to make use for the Gravity Gun or Obstacles.
Layout is mostly similar to quake, but some are modified, shorterned or simplified/unfinished. The water link to "Pentagram" has been changed as a Dam because a water bug in the past caused problems in the past.
Past changes from playtesting: Removed fog because of indoors and 3d sky conflicts. Added lights to certain areas, but they may appear a bit strange.
Problems in the map
Some nodraws may be visible, low-res, misalligned textures but it's pretty rare to find them.
Train in Skybox goes off the rails, I find it humorous and I might keep it.
Certain lights look weird in the scope.
A bit unoptimized.
No cubemaps.
You may walk or fall into light sources.
