tfdb_neutral_sss

This map is one of a group that I ported from dbs to tfdb for SomeShittyServers. this makes it compatible with modern dodgeball plugins. Sadly the rocket antics on the old version of the map cannot be reproduced with the default tfdb plugin so it just operates normally.
