surf_ski_2_evo_fix

This is the fixed version of ski 2 evo i released the other version after finding out there were some minor bugs in the map so i trashed that map off here now im releasing the fixed version. this version has better skybox lighting and very easy on the eyes changed the water textures as well added a small platform fixed some brush glitches that showed up after further looking at it water was shiny on the last version its no longer shiny. overall this is a good fix and all the bugs and lighting have been worked out.
