V1 Test Release - dm_sniper_xlau_v1_ap3

Beta release, hoping to get some constructive feedback and help with making it perform better. Map is playable, but needs to be optimized. I get super low fps and I'm not sure why. If you would like a tour to the secret networks, watch the video from my dm_sniper_xlau_v0 release. The map is significantly changed in this revison - have made secrets easier to discover for a more competitive gameplay. I feel like I may be getting carried over with the secrets, so if you feel that you like some less than others, please let me know. I'm getting pretty low FPS on my machine with this map and am was hoping someone could help out with some troubleshooting. I have not been thorough with making all unnecessary / unvisible walls NODRAW, and the lightmap is set to 16. There is a water entity and water load I believe. The lighting also doesn't seem right as I'm getting shades in weird areas. Appreciate any help or tips you can share.
