Replaces the Male and Female rebels with Versions based mainly on the Cinematic Mod from FakeFactory. In addition, If Models are selected from a Server Menu, ( Eli or Monk for example ),  then the CM Model will also be used.  Unzip “DM_HD_CM_Rebels_and_Players.zip” into the Custom folder.
