Over the course of 8 years my friends and I have collaborated to make some of the more interesting maps that have served to do nothing but take up space on my hard disk. Today I will hopefully introduce them to some others who may be interested. Among the candidates are 4 maps from a contest I hosted a while back dubbed the 'avant garde' mapping project.
