More spawn points to allow 40 players, and better positioning of them. Added sounds, more detail, re-textured Bombsite B to make it more obvious where to plant. Removed invisible walls/ceilings and fixed the small shadow and texture bugs. Slightly changed the layout of CT spawn for better cover/balancing.
