Description

Zip repack of a giant .exe installed full pack for CS 1.6 made by the now defunct Games Fusion site, recovered from lonebullet like the PAF pack was. Replaces almost all media in CS: sounds, models, sprites, and even included many maps like cs_assault2k, de_outrage, de_mog (yes that is the actual name). Something unique about it also is that it matches EACH weapon model to a UNIQUE vgui hud sprite. That's something thats a bit tedious and complicated to do because the vgui sprites come in sheets and have to often be modified together. Pack also comes with some folders that are obsolete like a folder named "classes" that crashed my game. It also like the PAF pack has a Resource folder with a no longer working background. Once again I put these into a "defunct" folder. If you're using this for CZ remember to copy your favorite player models to player/militia and player/spetsnaz and rename them to the right model. Some lore to know though is that Games Fusion was a pretty infamous studio that would often take public models and paywall them in sold packs (this was one of their free/public packs). They often would not credit the original authors and maybe also didn't ask for permission. They did however make a lot of improvements themselves and put together VERY comprehensive works like this one. They seemed to also have a lot of overlap with PAF's free and public work and its hard to know who originally took from who. The PAF Ultimate Splash pack is infact older than this one though.Another questionable thing they did was to do things like change people's homepages on internet explorer and other adware like activities that they apparently had to cut out of the pack's exe. The revision pack supposedly got rid of this but still made shortcuts to try and advertise now very dead Games Fusion servers to me. This is of course removed from the repack as these are just now the raw files themselves. Thumbnail actually came from a banner that was used as part of these advertisements. The readme basically says nothing about the original creators of media they use. Its mostly like an instructional document with some troubleshooting links and a reference to their now defunct forums. I looked to see if maybe there was a second readme file like referenced but did not find one. I'm using the PAF pack and other posted skins as basically a guide to know who at least some of the original artists were and thats who I'm crediting on this post. This will probably have to be updated with time.Full readme:=========================================Installation ReadmeFusion Pack SE Revision Public for CS 1.6=========================================The following readme has been made to provide pre-installation supportfor Games Fusion's Fusion Pack SE Revision Public Release.
