My first submitted map, tested in both CS1.6 and Condition ZeroStory: a group of cities and provinces of different countries have confederated together to have control over their own districts , their goal is to cause STAGnation and revert closer to a way of life from the past and eliminate all profit incentive from all foreign entities away from the confederated areas, their methods are brutal, killing store owners and transforming their stores into something that they would benefit from (the "communauté Bibliothek" previously being a manga store), the international government from the continent holding these countries have been trying to stop STAG from spreading, mercenaries hired by the international governing bodies have planted monitoring devices inside the walls of the Bibliothek and killswitches inside the low tech power generators.
