cs_estate nav mesh (map included)

One day out of blue I got a strong desire to play cs_estate map after years. I noticed how bad the default navfile was, and I decided to fix the problem.Sadly because CS:CZ has very limited amount of place names, I used the "yard" suffix to indicate if the area has access point into the house at ground level.Also I would like to get some distinguishment to left and right side of front yard.Known bugs: if you rescue hostages using basement and tunnel, they get stuck in tunnel if you stop.
