One day, at the Polar Concrete Factory, that is being renovated after 20 years, the Phoenix Crew have set to rush the Polar Concrete Factory at 2:30 to try and detonate it. While driving there, someone on the streets sees them speeding to the factory. The FBI have been called to save the factory from being blown up by the Terrorists.
