cs_office_better

Improved line of sight, less spots to check for CT, removed plants, removed some camp spots, added new entrance to T area of the map, removed "snowman" area, opened elevator, tweaked hostage placement and did some other stuff. This was based on a 2018 version of this map, so some visual stuff might look worse than today's version.
