Rigged to Blow is a bomb factory established by the terrorists.Terrorists main objective is to sell as many bombs as they can for profit which is illegal considering it's a dangerous device. While the goverment sends a crew team of 5 Counter-Terrorists to take down the terrorists so they can find out who is the main founder of Rigged to Blow so that he may be arrested.
