Just a simple house which features 2 floors, a garage, a back garden and 2 side alleys. Ct Spawn is the front entrance and Terrorists spawn in the garden, Bombsite A is the Kitchen and Bombsite B is the garage. Map Story: Set in the Cotswolds in the UK The lease over a large plot of farmland has just expired and two companies wish to have rights over it. Traxus Industries wants it to construct a new residential area and Madrigal GMBH wants it to construct a series of factories and industrial plants. Despite not having yet won the case, both companies begin the construction of their desired project, in the hope that it will help their case. After the construction of the first house by Madrigal, the CEO, John Smith, moves into it so that he can deal with all of the legal business on site. After his realisation that Madrigal is likely to win this case, Mr Smith contacts the judge and tells him about a wonderful antique sedan that he owns. He states that he would be more than willing to give away if it meant that Traxus triumph in the case. These huge corporations have corrupt contacts everywhere and someone working for the judge hears about this and informs the CEO of Madrigal, Mr Jones. Mr Jones hires a mercenary group called the Phoenix Crew to head to Mr Smith’s house and either blow up the Sedan or blow up the legal documents being held in the kitchen. On the day of the mission, the Phoenix crew members believe that Mr Smith is away on a meeting and use this as the perfect opportunity. They arrive at the back of the house in a van and plan to scale the fence with a ladder. However, the ladder they brought with them has jammed and after several attempts to unjam it, one crew member begins to bash a weak spot in the fence with his rifle. Eventually, the ladder is unjammed and all members of the crew climb over the fence, they are then all greeted by Mr Smith and the barrel of his pistol, who informs them that the police are on their way. Unphased by this, a member of the Phoenix crew shoots him in the chest, killing him.
