After the improvement of the local harbour, the village of Capito, Italy, experienced a great period of wealth. More companies started moving to the town, companies moved in and even a well known bank introduced an establishment. However, many of the citizens found the changes disgusting. Their calm little town now became a capitalist hub. In order to scare away the investors, they hired a team of demolition experts tasked with damaging the subway tunnels and destroying the bank building. Despite their best efforts to keep the plan a secret, it was leaked to the local police station. The government has tasked Italy's elite anti-terrorist task force to stop the demolition team from blowing up the town. Will the terrorists succeed in their plan?
