In some places, the map has different geometry.[/i][/code] [h1] Counter-Strike: XboX Edition Description [/h1] [table] (CSX) is a first-person shooter video game derived mostly from Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. The game was released on November 18, 2003 in North America and on December 5, 2003 in Europe utilizing the GoldSrc (Half-Life) engine by Valve Software. It is the first installment of the series released on consoles. The game (originally before the April 2010 shutdown) featured multiplayer (via Xbox Live or System Link), single-player, and training modes with a variety of both bomb defusal and hostage maps. Unlike Condition Zero, CSX does not have a Tour of Duty mode with various tasks that need to be accomplished. Instead, the single-player mode integrates the Counter-Strike bot, providing a multiplayer-like single player experience.
