This is [b]surf_kitsune[/b], originally made by [b]Arblarg[/b] for CS:S. The original, unfortunately, has not aged well and required fixes, mostly regarding reflections. [b][u]To play this on your own, type this into the console:[/u][/b] [b][i]exec kitsune-offline[/i][/b] The command will work on this upload only. It sets everything up such that you can also enjoy the map with a lobby of friends with no hinderance. This upload is based on Arblarg's original .bsp file, with internally packed assets slightly modified and repackaged back into the .bsp file.
