de_devtexture

A defuse map set somewhere in the sky. I've been working on it since January 2019, and I've been playtesting it with some acquaintances of mine since then as well, so I hope it's balanced (it's not (yet)). I hope you will enjoy playing on this map like I do. The map is optimal for 3v3 Competetive, but Casual, Demolition, Wingman, and 5v5 Competetive are supported. Arms Race, and Deathmatch are planned. Danger Zone, and Flying Scoutsman are not planned, because why would you? I could kinda see Flying Scoutsman working, but the map is not very suited, unlike Dizzy.
