SurfKing Unreal is a combat surf map organized in a pyramid of descending ramps that lead downward to a cluster of close quarters areas, great for sniping and getting the jump on enemies. There is no jail on SK_Unreal. Your only punishment for falling is losing all your speed. This map focuses on landing inside tube targets to teleport back to the top and gain speed. There is room for various tricks, and while the map is easy to learn, it is intentionally hard to master, with some of the better ramps being hard to hit or requiring fast movement to really gain speed off. I recommend using these commands. sv_airaccelerate 1000 (anywhere from 800 to 1200 is suitable but I used 1000 when surfing this map) sv_falldamage_scale 0 (While there are water pads in crucial areas, the punishment of dying on most platforms is sometimes aggravating) mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1 (Allows the map to spawn the weapons that are scattered about. Without this, you're stuck with just knives.) bot_kick (Obviously, because bots can't surf) mp_roundtime 60 (or higher. it will default to the max of 60 anyway. I just like long rounds because I listen to music while practicing.) OPTIONAL: sv_gravity 500 (I think 500 is a smooth and buttery experience. 800 is normal, 230 is flying scoutsman. use whatever you like to have fun, lower being lower gravity and higher making you fall faster. depending on what boosts you use, higher gravity can get you faster, while lower gravity can be more fun for sniping, gliding and gaining height. There's not much more to tell. This map should fit in to any regular combat surf server's map pool.
