Inside of a US metropolis, a local gang has breached the interior of a shipping facility. Their goal is to cause as much damage as possible in order to distract all nearby police and SWAT forces so that some other members of the gang can sneak into a civilian train center undetected. While the train center is where the gang can show the world who they are, they must first draw attention to themselves by destroying part of the shipping facility.
