Thank you for downloading, this is my first file created since Geonosis Complex, joint winner of the Map-Review JKA mapping contest, and my first map for HL for over 3 years. Based on an unknown world the map is basically a large arena built for the simple process of fragging. I tried to make the map look as little as possible to the default half-life 2 maps and make a more sci-fi scene, but ya know =o) Completely built with custom textures, including the skybox and new alpha blends, it was a real challenge building as i realy didnt know anything about HL2 mapping especially seeing as Hammer has changed quite a lot since i last mapped with Worldcraft. Fortunately though the current HL community was helpful in pointing me in the right directions.
