[h1]Colofool City[/h1] or "a bigger mess" on the basis of the world famous Halo3 custom Map "a mess" from RegretsNothing. -credits [b]History of map:[/b] To get used to build a map in the csgo-worldeditor (Hammer) I decided to remake a custom Halo3 Map. Maybe you can still find it in Halo3. If you want to, search for RegretsNothing Halo3 Fileshare, make sure to also check out his map "silent base2“- its a great zombie map. Because some ways were really tiny on the "a mess" map, I decided to make a map that basic structure is equal but with more height for players. My first try (2ndTry:aRemake) was pretty fast done, but it came out a little bit tiny too. So I started new from the beginning and made the whole map bigger. The dimensions of the rooms are better now I think,but maybe the whole map came out a bit big. I made some different posts to test on some variations, as well to get an idea of the development of the map. [b]Current State of Map:[/b] This certain version of the map is the most current at the time of update. The Nav Mesh/Bot behaviour is the worst on this version, because I took the Spawn points in front of a teleportation area. So hopefully, I can test that once against real players. The textures are very colorful but not realistic. (yet?) Also there isn't much done for optimization, some func details but thats it. Be aware there are three elevators. [i]Elevator 1 (at the bottom):[/i] -can be called and sent away from the outside by using buttons. - if your inside the elevator look at the roof and use "use" or press a button you can reach them. -unlocks two, one way-teleports on ct-site (teleports the player to a destination near the area that became accessible by using the elevator). [i]Elevator 2 (The big yellow one with three stops):[/i] -can be called from outside, inside push up or down buttons to move a floor up or a floor down. [i]Elevator 3 (green on top of B-site):[/i] -you can call the elevator or open the doors with the outside buttons - In the green elevator on B-Site you must push the button inside to move, altought the doors close automatically you have to open them manually at the higher level. Also there are several Windows and Doors you can close or open by shooting at it from the right direction. If that could be called an easteregg, there is more to discover then. Maybe its better for gameplay to not use the "secret" crouchingways while playing bomb. It took me quiet a while to build this map, I'll be happy about any feedback. PS: In Halo3, i once made a remake of a csgo map. It should be on my brothers fileshare (hellmyx) if your interested to look at it. TLTR: basic structure of the map is from a custom halo3 map. There are 4 bombsites,1xB 3xA (more or less in the same area). At the bottom I explained some moving objects. My other workshops are previous versions of that map, maybe for testing...
