Story"The sand beneath your feet burns as you walk. The heat of the sun feels like incinerating. You stagger with every steps you take, for too long have you wandered in this desert. As you fall down to your knee to take a moment of rest, you recall your reason for coming here. Legends spoke of an artifact, deep in an ancient kingdom that had once resided in the old deserts, now lost in time and the deserts themselves. It is said that this artifact could be the cure for your people.You let out a big sigh, blaming yourself for putting so much faith in such baseless tales. While you are still lost in thoughts, the ground below you crumble, revealing a huge rift, and you find yourself falling down into the abyss. You start closing your eyes as if giving up.A big thud, as well as an impact to your body, however, wakes you up. You look around and find that you have survived the fall, which would have killed you in a blink of an eye. Your eyes wander around and you notice the mark of human architecture: statue, gates, building, albeit in ruin. You also realize there is a path ahead, so you charge forward, hoping to find any signs of life, while also aware of any indications of death.
